As a Coach, Rodger brings years of coaching experience in a personal and corporate environment. His specialty is working with business owners / entrepreneurs, professionals and people in work or life transition. Life challenges us all, and Rodger brings his success in overcoming obstacles from his personal life to support his clients.

Rodger has 25 years experience in the IT industry with specific experience in Systems Development and Project Management.  He worked for large corporations where he supported his business clients in developing strategies for enhancing their business - through technology efficiencies. Often, his responsibilities included coaching and mentoring his clients, coworkers and members on his staff, although the term coaching was not used at the time. Additionally, Rodger has a background in working with adults and young people on developing interpersonal skills through intense workshops.  Rodger has a wealth of experience working with diverse groups of people at all levels and walks of life. Coaching is a committed partnership between the coach and client that focuses on creating positive energy to produce significant results.

Rodger is a graduate of CoachU, a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), IAC (International Association of Coaches) and CoachVille. Even though Rodger is a graduate of Coach U, he learned most of what he teaches from his clients, as they worked together looking for ways to move the client’s business and/or life forward quickly and easily.

Rodger is a coach because he is passionate about helping others to live authentic, satisfying lives. He supports people in moving forward and getting more of what they want personally, professionally, socially and spiritually. Rodger helps his clients focus on actions and choices that are in line with their true values, vision and priorities.
